Online Admission Registration Guidelines


Guidelines for Parent’s:

In view of Corona Virus outbreak, the school management has enabled online admission registration process for parent. Parent can register their ward's admission (Pre-Nursery to Std. VIII) by paying minimal fees and complete the documentation formalities once school re-open.

Below are the steps for online admission registration process -

1. Fill up online admission registration form.
2. *Refer list of documents to be submitted at School within 15 days from school’s re-opening.
3. Online payment available, refer transaction processing fee mention below.
4. Once the situation normalizes, parent would be notified about opening of School.
5. Online payment of Registration Fees – send Admission form number and payment receipt photocopy to School representative via Whatsapp.
6. For Std. III to Std. VIII, admission would be subject to entrance exam. But, Parent can do online admission registration process.
7. In case, entrance exam already appeared and cleared, parent can go ahead and make payment through net banking and complete registration process.
8. In case, any Parent do not have net banking facility even then, they can apply for registration and pay registration fee once school reopens.
9. Registration would be confirmed once amount has been credited to our account.
10. In case of non-submission of required documents within stipulated timelines, the admission registration would stand cancelled.
11. Final admission confirmation shall be reserved with the School’s Principal after checking of all documents.
12. Admission would be confirmed depending on available seats

  • • Completed Admission Form
  • • Medical Certificate
  • • Copy of Student’s Aadhar Card
  • • Original Birth Certificate (Only for Std-I)
  • • Color Photograph – 3 copies
  • • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  • • Caste Certificate (SC, ST, NT, SBC, OBC, VJ, SEBC)
  • • Receipt of online payment made towards registration and admission form number.
  • • Submit required documents for availing 0% EMI facility (if applicable)
Transaction Processing Fee:
  • • Visa, Mastercard and Rupay Credit Card (0.90% of the transaction amount)
  • • American Express, Diners and Commercial Credit Card (1.90% of the transaction amount)
  • • Wallet / Prepaid card based Payments Facility (1.70% of the transaction amount)
  • • Internet Banking
    (1.Rs.17 per transaction [For SBI and HDFC Bank]
    2.Rs.15 per transaction [For Axis, ICICI, Kotak and Yes Bank]
    3.Rs.12 per transaction [For All Other Bank] )
  • • NEFT/RTGS (Rs.10 per transaction)

  • GST and other Govt. levies as applicable would be charged on the above.
